Envoy's Client Direct model provides a low risk and efficient way for law firms to facilitate client annuities and renewals.


A smarter way to manage client portfolios

Our online solution enables your clients to manage their patent annuities and trade mark renewals through their own account.

You provide your client’s case data, which is uploaded to their secure portal. Clients can view all pending renewals together with prices, invoices and receipts and can monitor payment of renewals via their account. We process renewal instructions on your behalf and manage all client communications, such as reminders and invoices.

You have visibility of all client renewal activity via your own free portal, where you can upload data and view all related documents.

Envoy Client Direct works on the basis that renewals will be automatically paid when due, reducing the risk of missed renewals. However, your clients still have the flexibility to alter this instruction method through their portal.

Envoy Client Direct can either be provided as a white label service on your behalf, or it can be offered directly by Envoy with your agreement.

Option 1 - White label service

We provide a bespoke annuities and renewals portal featuring your corporate branding. All client communications including emails and invoices also bear your branding. Clients engage directly with you and all renewal activities are managed by Envoy through the portal.

Option 2 - Envoy branded service

option2.pngOur Envoy branded service would suit law firms that no longer wish to handle annuities themselves, but don’t want to compromise existing client relationships by not offering them a renewals solution.

Your clients engage directly with us through our branded portal. All client interactions are Envoy led and Envoy branded.
